Peristaltic pump is used to convey the powder coating recovered from the cyclone inside the powder container of departure.
Mounted just under the cyclone, it has the advantage of carrying large amounts of powder using an air transport relatively low, in such a way to obtain a good final mixing between new powder and powder recovered.
The powder recovery can be directly conveyed into the container or in a sieve, if not already been sieved, before entering in the pump. It’s usually supplied with its own pneumatic control panel.
